The demand for glass based items constructed without
the need for mechanical fixings has increased considerably. As a company that has been using a U.V. bonding system for over 7 yearswe have both the experience and the equipment to produce finished products of the highest quality.

A small amount of clear resin is applied to the prepared surfaces,these are the brought into contact and exposed to a filtered U.V. light. This leaves a virtually clear joint.
As the specifications for U.V. bonded items has become more demanding, we have constantly upgraded our manufacturing set-up to be able to keep pace with the latest designs, now including a moisture resistant finish, seen here being used for a breakfast bar.

We are also able to supply U.V. bonded furniture such as hinges and locks for cabinets and display cases. As well as glass there are various materials that have a high bonding quality, these include stainless steel, aluminium and some wood finishes.
