Our CNC glass processing machine gives us enormous scope to produce very accurate and unusual finished pieces.The machine is capable of working on glass up to 3000mm x 2200mm and 80mm thickness. It will edge, drill, route and cut out using information fed into its own PC or using its infa-red scanning system, it will scan a template then reproduce a new piece of glass to exactly the same specification and size.

It also incorporates its own shape library for the cutting of regular shapes. We can also programme it to feed in a customers own particular sizes so that every time they want that piece remade it will always be the same.This machine has allowed us to progress in our manufacturing of glass worktops with cut outs for sinks and hobs.
